These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through our webshop at https://backtobase.tech and to all agreements between Back To Base and its customers. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them before you buy.
1. Who we are

Add your business details here: registered company name, address, Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number, and VAT (BTW) number. These are legally required to be stated.
2. Products and prices
We describe our products as accurately as possible. Minor differences (for example in colour) may occur and do not entitle you to cancel or to compensation.
All prices are shown in euros and include VAT (BTW) unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs, where they apply, are shown before you complete your order. We may change prices at any time, but the price that applies to your order is the one shown at the moment you place it.
If a price is obviously incorrect (a clear error), we are not obliged to deliver at that price and will contact you.
3. Your order and the agreement
The agreement between you and Back To Base is formed once we confirm your order by email. We may refuse an order or cancel it if the product is unavailable, if there was an error in the price or description, or if we reasonably suspect misuse. If we cancel and you have already paid, we refund you in full.
4. Payment
Payment is made through the payment methods offered at checkout. Your payment is processed securely by our payment provider. Your order is processed once payment has been received.

5. Delivery
We aim to ship your order within the timeframe stated at checkout or in your order confirmation. Delivery times are an indication and not a strict deadline unless agreed otherwise. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier.
If we cannot deliver within 30 days and have not agreed otherwise with you, you have the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund.

6. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason.
To use this right, inform us within 14 days at info@backtobase.tech, by a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not required. After you notify us, you have a further 14 days to return the product.
You return the product in its original condition where reasonably possible. The cost of returning the product is yours, unless we have agreed otherwise. Once we receive the returned product (or proof that you have sent it), we refund the full amount you paid, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain products — for example items made to your specification, or sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons once unsealed.

7. Returns and complaints
If your product is damaged, faulty, or not as described, contact us at info@backtobase.tech as soon as possible and we will work with you to resolve it. Your statutory rights as a consumer (including the right to a product that conforms to the agreement) always apply.
We aim to respond to complaints within 14 days.
8. Liability
Back To Base is not liable for any damage beyond what is required by law. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights or our liability for matters that cannot be excluded under Dutch law.
9. Applicable law
These terms and any agreement between you and Back To Base are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent Dutch court, unless the law requires otherwise.
